How can I update my personal information or preferences?

You can update your contact details, payment method, and preferences directly in the app:

  1. Open the MOVE app
  2. In the menu bar, tap «Profile» and then «User profile». On this page, you can:
  • Edit your contact details by tapping the icon 
  • Update your payment method by tapping «Change payment method»
  • Turn notifications on or off

At the bottom of the page, you’ll also find a link to the web customer portal and a link to the account deletion request form.
