How can I reset my password and activate MFA?

You can reset your password and enable two-factor authentication (MFA) at any time:


Reset your password

1. Click the following link: https://my.move.ch/auth/realms/move-portail/account/account-security/signing-in

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click "Forgot password" and you will receive a link to reset your password.


 Manage security settings  

  1. Tap «Profile» and then «Account».
  2. Under «Account security» , you’ll be redirected to your browser and asked to sign in again.
  3. By tapping «Forgot password», you’ll receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
  4. Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the «Login» page. From here, you can:


Enable two-factor authentication
Tap «Enable» to open a step-by-step setup form.
MFA must be activated separately for each of your customer accounts.


Reset your password
At the bottom of the page, by tapping «Update», you can also reset your password using the same process described above.
