You can update your contact details, payment method, and preferences directly in the app:
- Open the MOVE app
- In the menu bar, tap «Profile» and then «User profile». On this page, you can:

Edit your contact details by tapping the icon
- Update your payment method by tapping «Change payment method»
- Turn notifications on or off
At the bottom of the page, you’ll also find a link to the web customer portal and a link to the account deletion request form.
