What cancellation conditions apply for the subscriptions?

Terms

  • Light: No minimum duration, cancellation possible at the end of the current month

  • Comfort and Flex: Minimum subscription period is 6 months. After that, subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of each month.

How to proceed

  1. Open the MOVE app and go to the “Profile” menu

  2. Click on the icon  of the relevant subscription and choose “Cancel subscription”

  3. The earliest possible cancellation date is filled in automatically

  4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking “Cancel subscription”

  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
