As a fleet manager or administrator, you can export charging transactions from the B2B portal in two different ways, depending on your needs.
Option 1: Export all transactions (anonymised data)
This option allows you to export all charging transactions with anonymised data, in compliance with data protection requirements.
In the B2B portal
-
Go to the Charging sessions section.
-
Apply filters if needed (e.g. time period, charging point groups).
-
Click “Export all transactions”.
-
A CSV file will be generated containing all transactions with anonymised data.
👉 This option is recommended for:
-
overall analyses,
-
internal reporting,
-
large-scale exports without personal data.
Option 2: Export current view (up to 300 transactions)
This option allows you to export exactly the data currently displayed on screen, including all available details, limited to 300 transactions.
In the B2B portal
-
Open the Charging sessions section.
-
Use filters and sorting to display the desired transactions.
-
Click “Export current view”.
-
A CSV file will be generated containing all columns visible in the current view.
👉 This option is ideal for:
-
detailed analyses,
-
targeted evaluations,
-
re-invoicing specific transactions.
📄 The CSV file is not displayed correctly in Excel?
To avoid display issues such as shifted columns, incorrect date formats or special character errors, it is recommended to import the file into Excel instead of opening it directly.
How to correctly import the CSV file into Excel
-
Open Excel and create a new, empty workbook.
-
Go to the “Data” tab.
-
Select “From Text/CSV”.
-
Choose your CSV file.
-
Check:
-
the delimiter (usually semicolon),
-
the encoding (UTF-8).
-
-
Review the preview and click “Load”.
This method ensures that all columns and values are interpreted correctly by Excel.
