If the “Contacts & rates” tab does not appear in a station’s detail view, it means:
- The station is configured with a MOVE service that uses a fixed remuneration model.
- A custom rate cannot be defined for this type of service.
In this case, the displayed rate corresponds to the remuneration paid to the station owner, not the rate billed to the end user.
Depending on the product:
- Immo stations do not have any additional percentage added to the final rate.
- For other products, a percentage may be applied to the final rate depending on the user’s subscription.
