I don't manage to pull the cable out of the charging station. What should I do?

The charging station continues to recognize the charging process as active. Unlock the plug on the vehicle side and pull it out.

If this does not work:

1. Plug the cable back in on the vehicle side.
2. Press the plug on the station side firmly into the socket to ensure a correct connection.
3. Start the charging process again and end it shortly afterwards. The cable should now unlock.
