How do I create a customer account?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required to log in to the MOVE B2B portal.
You need a mobile device with an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. This app generates one-time codes that must be entered in addition to your password during login.


Steps to follow:

  1. Click on the following link: https://b2b.move.ch/registration
  2. Fill in the required fields, accept the general terms and conditions, and create your account.
  3. You will receive an email to confirm your email address.
  4. You will then receive a second email to set your password. Click on the link and complete the fields.
  5. You can now log in to the B2B portal.
