My charging process is blocked on my MOVE App. What can I do?

It may happen that a charging process is still displayed as "active" in the MOVE app even though your vehicle is no longer charging. Open the "Charging processes" view in the MOVE app and press the charging process that is still running for two seconds to end the charging process. This should open a pop-up asking you whether the charging process is still active. If you deny this, the charging process should disappear from the list and be listed afterwards with corrected data. The data will also be corrected on the invoice.
