The charge does not start. What should I do?

  • Check that the plugs are fully inserted.
  • Disconnect the vehicle from the charging station and plug it in again; depending on the vehicle, it may help to open and close the vehicle once.
  • Have you actually held your MOVE key fob or MOVE badge in front of the RFID reader? This is marked with a different symbol depending on the charging station.
  • Check whether you have set a time control for charging on the vehicle side.
  • Check the charging station, is the display working or is the LED lamp lit?
  • Hold the MOVE key fob or the MOVE card in front of the reader for a little longer; it may take up to 10 seconds for the card to be recognized.
