Disconnect the vehicle from the charging station and plug it in again; depending on the vehicle, it may help to open and close the vehicle once.
Have you actually held your MOVE key fob or MOVE badge in front of the RFID reader? This is marked with a different symbol depending on the charging station.
Check whether you have set a time control for charging on the vehicle side.
Check the charging station, is the display working or is the LED lamp lit?
Hold the MOVE key fob or the MOVE card in front of the reader for a little longer; it may take up to 10 seconds for the card to be recognized.
