What changes for me as a private customer starting October 1, 2026?

On October 1, 2026, MOVE officially merges with Swisscharge, GoFast and the mobility division of Energie 360° to form JOYA Mobility AG - your current contract therefore transfers to JOYA Mobility AG automatically. Nothing changes at first with your MOVE app. The switch will mainly become visible at the charging stations: they'll gradually be renamed JOYA. The actual move to the JOYA app won't happen until the first quarter of 2027 - we'll let you know ahead of time, once the exact date is set.
