What is a refund tariff?

A refund tariff is the amount defined to compensate the owner of a charging point for the energy consumed at their station. This rate can be set at the level of a station group (a single rate applied to all stations in the group) or at the level of an individual charging point (a specific rate replacing the group rate).

It’s important to note that this rate is not the price paid by the end user when charging. The amount billed may include an additional percentage, applied based on their MOVE subscription.

There is one exception for stations using the Immo product:

  • no additional percentage is applied,

  • the defined remuneration rate is directly the amount used to calculate the charging cost.

This setup ensures transparent compensation for the owner while reflecting the specific characteristics of each MOVE service.
