How to proceed when a vehicle in my fleet is replaced?

When a vehicle is replaced, only the fleet manager can reset the mileage in the B2B portal.


  1. Open the Odometer tab in the Subscription view.
  2. Use the search bar to find the subscription linked to the vehicle.
  3. Click the “+” icon to add a new entry.
  4. Enter the mileage of the replacement vehicle, then answer “yes” to the question “Did you change the vehicle for this subscription?”
  5. Save the entry. The new value will be applied to the replaced vehicle.
