How can I correct a mileage entry?

Both vehicle users and fleet managers can edit the most recent entry once. Here’s how:


From the MOVE app (for vehicle users)

  1. Open the MOVE app.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. In the Subscription section, open the Odometer menu.
  4. If the latest entry can be edited, an edit icon will appear next to it.
  5. Tap the icon and enter the new mileage.
  6. Confirm by tapping «Save». The entry will be updated, including its status and modification date.


From the B2B portal (for fleet managers)

  1. Open the Odometer tab in the Subscription view.
  2. Use the search bar to find the subscription linked to the relevant vehicle.
  3. Click the edit icon next to the latest entry.
  4. Adjust the mileage and save.
  5. The entry is updated and its status is adjusted with the modification date.
