How do I enter a vehicle’s mileage?

    The interval defined for your fleet determines how often mileage must be recorded. At the start of each interval, a manual entry is required. The process differs depending on whether you are the vehicle’s driver or the fleet manager.


    From the MOVE app (for vehicle users)

    1. Open the MOVE app.
    2. Go to your Profile.
    3. In the Subscription section, the Odometer menu appears automatically if your subscription is linked to a vehicle in a fleet that uses this feature.
    4. If an entry is pending, a warning icon will be shown.
    5. Open the Odometer view, then tap “+” to enter the mileage.
    6. Confirm by tapping “Save.”
    7. The entry will then appear in the history with the status “Completed.”


    From the B2B portal (for fleet managers)

    1. Open the Odometer tab in the Subscription view.
    2. A list of subscriptions linked to vehicles with pending entries will appear.
    3. Enter the mileage for each applicable vehicle.
    4. Save the entry using the designated icon.
