Can I use the MOVE stations without a membership?

Yes, all public MOVE charging stations can also be used without MOVE membership. There are two ways to do this, depending on the charging station. Either the station has a credit card reader, in which case simply follow the instructions on the screen. If the station does not have a credit card reader, scan the QR code. You can activate charging via smartphone and pay by debit/credit card or TWINT.
