As the owner, how can I grant a new user access to a myNet Station?

  1. An owner can do this via the B2B portal in the "Access management" menu. To do this, they need the MOVE member number (CH-MVE-xxxxxx-x) of the customer to whom they wish to grant access.
  2. The customer can submit an access request via the MOVE app. To do this, they simply scan the QR code on the station. The owner/manager must then confirm the access request in the B2B portal.
