- An owner can do this via the B2B portal in the "Access management" menu. To do this, they need the MOVE member number (CH-MVE-xxxxxx-x) of the customer to whom they wish to grant access.
- The customer can submit an access request via the MOVE app. To do this, they simply scan the QR code on the station. The owner/manager must then confirm the access request in the B2B portal.
