Why is CHF 0.00 not displayed as the tariff at the start of the charging process, even though my MOVE flex charging credit has not yet been fully used up?

Don't worry, this is perfectly normal. The rates displayed at the start of a charging process and in the text message correspond to the rates that apply in the following cases:

  • The validity of the charging credit has expired or the charging credit has been used up completely
  • It is a private charging station or a partner station (roaming)
